Botus Tube Terms of Service (ToS)

1.Definitions

Producers: Business, Brands, Content creators who upload content and pay for interactions..

Consumers: Users engaging with content and earning rewards.

2.Account Registration

Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

To use Botus Tube, you must be at least 13 years old. Users aged 13-16 may need parental consent per local laws (e.g., Kenya's Data Protection Act). Producers must legally own or have permission to use posted content. You must have the capacity to enter this agreement—businesses, individuals, or authorized reps only

3.User Responsibilities

Producers: Producers must ensure content is lawful, non-infringing, and not misleading or inciting (e.g., no hate speech, scams). We use AI and manual reviews to detect violations. If flagged, you'll get a notice and 48 hours to respond before suspension or legal reporting if serious (e.g., illegal content). Appeals can be filed at support@botustube.com within 7 days

Producers: Producers that violates the above will face law enforcement and account will be banned from the platform

All actions must comply with the terms of linked platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, YouTube). Producers Don't post content violating their rules (e.g., no incentivized spam). onsumers ngage authentically—actions breaching platform policies (e.g., automated likes) void rewards and risk suspension. We're not liable for bans from third-party platforms.

Consumers: Must engage with content authentically without using bots or other automated methods

Consumers: Our platform employs high AI technology that will detect the use of bots, if consumer account is detected using automation service consumers account will be suspended and will not receive compensation for the performed actions

4.Prohibited Activities

Posting or engaging with illegal,abusive or harmful content.

Use of bots,scripts or fraudulent methods to interact with content

Harassment,spamming or exploiting other users

5. Payment Terms

Producers: You pay KSh 50 per verified action (e.g., likes, shares, follows). For YouTube views or live sessions, fees are based on watch time (e.g., KSh 50 per 5 minutes). Payments are non-refundable once actions are completed, unless we fail to deliver due to platform error—then we'll refund pro-rata within 30 days.

Consumers: Earn KSh 30 per action (60% of KSh 50), with the platform retaining KSh 20 (40%). For ads, producers pay per view, you keep 40% (e.g., KSh 20 of KSh 50), and we keep 60% (KSh 30). Withdrawals start at KSh 2,500, scheduled via your account. If you reverse actions (e.g., unlike a post) after payment, we may deduct earnings or suspend your account to prevent fraud.

All payments are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless otherwise agreed. International users: Fees and earnings convert at current exchange rates via our payment processor, with possible bank fees. We're Kenya-based, but terms apply globally unless local laws override.

6. Intellectual Property

Producers retain ownership of their content but grant the platform a license to display it.

Unauthorized use of platform assets, trademarks, or content is prohibited.

7. Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating the terms.

Users may request account termination at any time.

Applicable laws governing the use of the platform.
